Dee John
Dee John founded Impact Catalyst with one purpose: to help organizations build what they need to thrive.
Throughout her career spanning public safety, nonprofit leadership, healthcare and community engagement, Dee has led complex organizational initiatives that required more than strategy — they required execution.
From designing community engagement models and operational frameworks to building executive leadership structures, cross-sector partnerships, governance systems, funding strategies and implementation plans, her work has consistently focused on transforming vision into sustainable organizational capacity.
Today, Dee partners with executive leaders, boards, public agencies and mission-driven organizations to strengthen organizations from the inside out.
Whether building a new organization, developing a department, implementing operational systems or leading organizational transformation, her passion is creating organizations that are built to last.
Marcia Neeley
Marcia brings more than 30 years of executive leadership, strategic initiatives and project management experience across the financial services industry.
Throughout her career, Marcia held executive leadership roles with Synchrony and GE Capital, where she successfully led enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, guided cross-functional teams, standardized operational processes, launched new products and capabilities and supported organizational growth across highly matrixed environments.
Her career has been defined by building strategic alignment, improving operational efficiency and delivering complex initiatives with excellence.
Today, Marcia serves as Executive Assistant to the Founder at Impact Catalyst, providing executive-level coordination and operational support across the firm's client engagements and organizational initiatives.
Working alongside the Founder, she coordinates executive priorities, manages client communications, prepares project materials, organizes schedules and supports the day-to-day operations that allow projects to move efficiently from strategy to implementation.
Heather Carnes
Heather brings experience in program development, organizational coordination, education and counseling, with a passion for helping organizations successfully move from planning to implementation.
Her professional background includes designing and implementing organization-wide initiatives, developing curriculum, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, building community partnerships and supporting individuals through change.
As a licensed school counselor with graduate-level concentration in crisis and trauma, Heather brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to project management, communication and organizational implementation.
At Impact Catalyst, Heather serves as Project Manager, working closely with clients and the project team to coordinate implementation, manage timelines, organize deliverables and maintain clear communication throughout every phase of an engagement.
Her ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution helps ensure projects remain organized, collaborative and moving forward.
